The views from the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights are truly breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the panoramic sights of the iconic Dubai Creek and the city skyline. The gym is also a standout feature, being very modern and well equipped. The trainer, Andrii, is truly a professional, and his guidance made my workout sessions extra rewarding.

Some guests don't respect others' wish for peace and quiet, especially at mealtimes.

The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights was a lovely stay for me and my son with its convenient location near the metro and Wafi Mall. The welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast, and excellent gym made our visit enjoyable. The view from our room was stunning, but the occasional presence of insects in the bathroom was a downside. However, the security measures were impressive, offering peace of mind during our stay. The spa and wellness facilities, outdoor pool, and nearby landmarks like Wonderland Theme & Water Park provided great opportunities for relaxation and family bonding.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff on the 32nd floor, including Vivien, Avish, Rahol, Fadhl, and all the chefs. the room service was top-notch, the in-room breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and the poolside snack bar was a great spot to unwind. the hotel's location, not too far from popular attractions like Dubai Mall and Jumeirah, was convenient for exploring the city.

the hotel was sparkling clean, and the view of the creek and the city from our room was awesome. also, the location is great - really close to the wafi mall! the staff at the regency club were super nice and made our stay even better.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, with luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the spa & wellness center was top-notch, offering a wide variety of treatments and massages that left us feeling revitalized. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great features that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The only minor issue we had was with the barbeque grills, which were not always available when we wanted to use them. this was easily remedied by simply asking the friendly staff, who promptly arranged for them to be brought out.

While my overall experience was exceptional, the Regency lounge breakfast on the 32nd floor had a limited selection compared to the ground floor buffet. the spa specials offered during check-in had indicated discounts, but upon further inquiry, it became apparent that the prices were already calculated with no additional discounts.

During my transit in Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the conveniently located Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, just a 5-minute walk from Dubai Healthcare City. The hotel's proximity to Financial Centre, only 9 km away, made it the perfect choice for a business stay. being just 20 km from the heart of Dubai, I found the location to be ideal for exploring the city during my short layover.

I was disappointed to discover that the hotel charged for using the mini-bar fridge to store personal items. This unexpected policy was not in line with the high standards I have come to expect from Hyatt properties.

The location of this hotel is superb! Surrounded by numerous restaurants, hospitals and close to famous sites via taxi, it also boasts a metro station that connects you to most Dubai attractions. The rooms are impeccably clean and the bathrooms are generously stocked with all the essentials. the staff provides an excellent service and the breakfast is wonderfully rich in variety. The view over the Dubai Creek is magnificent, complemented by the advanced entertainment systems in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is convenient, just a short walk from the tram station. The swimming pool had some safety issues with broken tiles, so needed a bit of maintenance, but it didn't spoil the overall great experience. 😊

During my business trip, I had the opportunity to visit the Nysa Spa at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. The traditional regional therapies and selection of massages and body treatments were truly exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool offered breathtaking views of the city, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. Additionally, the two separate fitness centers for mixed-use and ladies-only were well-equipped and convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the spa and the year-round outdoor pool, both of which enhanced my stay at the hotel.

I chose Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and the free WiFi throughout the property pleasantly surprised me. The rooftop bar-lounge, Sufra, and Market 24 provided a perfect place to wind down in the evenings. The diverse onsite dining options took me on a journey of international flavors, and the poolside bar offered a refreshing drink.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and the facilities provided, including the restaurant, room service, bar, lounge, swimming pool. The meeting rooms, totaling 34445 square feet, were ideal for hosting the business event and the seamless blending of business amenities with relaxation options made it a great stay.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated executive lounge for business guests to network and work in a more formal setting.

The highlight was the breathtaking views from the Living Room lounge on the 34th floor. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent value for a 5-star stay.
